Upon arrival at Milan Malpensa Airport, clear entry formalities, collect your luggage and proceed to the Arrival’s Hall for your individual private transfer from Milan to the Langhe region, in the city of Alba.
Have time to settle in, relax and take a leisurely stroll through the charming city before meeting the whole group for a welcome drink.
You will have time to socialize before walking a short distance to reach the venue for the welcome dinner at Hostaria Dai Musi.

In the morning we’ll enjoy a private guided tour of the enchanting town of Alba. Begin in Piazza Duomo, admiring the medieval Cathedral of San Lorenzo. Wander through the historic center, discovering medieval towers, Renaissance palaces, and Baroque churches. Marvel at architectural wonders like Palazzo Comunale and the Church of San Domenico. Delve into Alba's rich history, culture, and gastronomy discovering all the secrets behind the truffle at Fiera del Tartufo d’Alba (subject to 2026 calendar). Entrance to Truffle Museum included.
We’ll then proceed to Barolo, a medieval village that today is considered the capital of the 'king' of wines: thanks to the fame that this precious nectar has gained not only nationally but also worldwide. Here we’ll enjoy a walking tour with entrance to the Museo dei Cavatappi (Museum of the Corkscrew).

In the afternoon, we’ll visit a family run winery, where we’ll enjoy a tour of the cellars followed by an extraordinary culinary journey! You'll start with an introduction to the ingredients, and then it's hands-on time as you create your own pasta from scratch! Discover the secrets to crafting an exceptional pasta dough. Once your creations are complete, indulge in a sublime dinner and wine tasting.

In the morning we’ll transfer towards the Alta Langa area for a unique experience where we’ll learn about the Langa sheep tuma.
We’ll discover the world of this small organic cheese farm and meet the owner in person during a brief tour of the farm. The warmth of the owner's welcome, his authenticity, and his dedication to quality, tradition, and excellence, are truly touching at a deep level and will make your experience here memorable. Do not miss the chance to taste the delicious cheese during the visit.
After the visit, we’ll then transfer to a local Cascina to discover the secrets behind the precious hazelnuts of the Piemonte region that has led to the creation of famous cakes and many other local sweets. Here you will enjoy a wonderful lunch where you’ll find their best ingredient, the hazelnut, from the starter to the main dishes till the dessert.
On the way back to Alba, we’ll stop at a local butcher’s shop in Cherasco to discover the secrets behind the famous sausage of Bra. It linked to the presence in the past centuries of a large Jewish community, especially in the town of Cherasco, and produced using beef instead of the usual pork.

After breakfast and check-out, we’ll depart to Emilia Romagna region.
Our first stop will be to see the famous culatello production and aging process. Visit the medieval court where we’ll admire the aging cellars dating back to the XII century where the “king of the cold cuts” Culatello di Zibello rests for years. Here you will have the chance to enjoy a tasting of culatello and other cured meats during your amazing lunch.
We’ll then proceed to our home for the next 2 nights in Bologna.
After settling in our hotel in the city center, we’ll start a walking tour of the best of this wonderful city.
We’ll will find out why the city has so many nicknames, including la Dotta (the learned) for its ancient university, la Rossa (the red) for the warm color of its roofs and houses, and la Grassa (the fat) for the wonderful food. We’ll have the chance to admire the most important buildings in the city, including the Basilica of San Petronio, Palazzo Accursio, Palazzo del Podesta', King Enzo Palace and the famous Fountain of Neptune which dates back to the 16th century.
Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant in the city center and taste the famous tortellini in brodo (with broth).

Welcome to the region of Parmigiano cheese! See all the stages of production of the famous
Parmigiano Reggiano. Visiting a "Caseificio" is like taking a step back in time. The "King of Cheeses" has very ancient origins, and today, like seven centuries ago, Parmigiano Reggiano is still made following the same traditional and genuine methods.
We will then head to Modena hills where we’ll have a tour of the wine cellar followed by a delicious lunch.
We’ll continue our journey with a balsamic vinegar producer in the Reggio Emilia area. The aceto balsamico is a real jewel for all true gourmets; uniquely different from all other vinegar-based condiments because it is only produced from fresh grape juice.
We’ll explore the fascinating spaces where Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena ages and immerse ourselves in the rich history and intricate process of crafting this renowned vinegar. During the visit to the acetaia we will taste different types of Balsamic Vinegar and also ice cream with Balsamic Vinegar on top, making this tour a memorable journey into the heart of balsamic excellence.
At the end of the tour, we’ll transfer back to the accommodation.

Make your way towards Tuscany today. Stop at a local farm close to San Gimignano for a journey through the famous saffron, produced in the area since the Middle Ages. Since ancient times, saffron has always been considered a symbol of material and spiritual wealth, probably because of its warm color, it’s called gold. Here we will enjoy lunch made with the farm’s products.
After lunch, we’ll take a nice quick walk through the streets of San Gimignano and its famous towers.
We’ll then proceed to our hotel in Florence, your home away from home, for the next 4 nights. After settling in, meet again for group dinner at a local casual trattoria.

Meet the truffle hunter and begin your adventure with an introduction to the world of truffles.
Afterwards, during the pleasant walk in the woods with the truffle dogs, the various types of truffles found in Tuscany at different times of the year, the natural habitat and what to do to preserve them, the organoleptic qualities of truffles, their reproductive cycle and, most important, how to recognize the difference between a "real" high-quality truffle versus "fake" or "flavored" products will be explained. At the end of the truffle hunt, enjoy a delicious lunch prepared with truffles and other local Tuscan products.
Afterwards, enjoy the rest of the day and evening at leisure in Florence.

Today we’ll transfer to Chianti area where we’ll meet Chef Andrea who’s intensely passionate about using only the freshest and most organic local ingredients of this land. Visit Andrea’s Garden and pick the last ingredients for your private cooking class and lunch with good wines and laughs.

Today we’ll enjoy a guided walking tour to discover the major sights and hidden gems of Florence: Italy’s Renaissance jewel. You’ll see Piazza della Signoria, Loggia dei Lanzi and Palazzo Vecchio before heading to Piazza della Repubblica and Piazza del Duomo. Of course, no tour of Florence would be complete without visiting Michelangelo’s David at the Accademia Gallery (entrance included). Don’t forget to rub the nose of the brass Porcellino (boar) statue along the way ensuring your eventual return to Florence!
